个人简介

杨政,1989年生,男,365正规平台,副教授,硕导(光学工程方向)。本科毕业于清华大学材料科学与工程系,2019年于中国科365正规平台北京纳米能源与系统研究所获纳米科学与技术博士学位,2019年12月被引进至365正规平台从事教学与科研工作。主要致力于金属卤化物钙钛矿材料可控制备和光电子器件研制(主要是光电探测器)等工作。近五年来,在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS nano、Nano letters、Nano Energy、Materials Today和Small等高水平期刊发表SCI收录论文19篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者论文10篇。

研究方向

1、金属卤化物钙钛矿单晶和薄膜的可控制备
2、基于光-热-电耦合效应(热释电或光热电)的光电探测器研制
3、钙钛矿的电极化性质(铁电、压电、热释电、挠曲电)研究
